What’s included with my composite gate?
You’ll receive 1 composite gate, 2 hinges, a set of handles, a euro cylinder lock, a latch, and 3 keys.
How much space do I need for hinges and door stops?
For our composite gates, allow 45mm.
How heavy are these gates?
They weigh about 40kg.
Can you adjust the gate size?
We can make gates smaller, but not larger. There’s a £125+VAT charge for alterations on both composite and full aluminium gates.
Do you offer bespoke sizing?
Absolutely! For custom sizes, we’ll need to order from our manufacturer. Give us a ring on 01543 471 348 for lead times and pricing.
Do I need posts with my composite gate?
You’ll only need posts if the gate’s going in the middle of a run. For wall or sturdy concrete post installations, extra posts aren’t necessary. If you’re not sure, just give us a call.
Are the gate widths including the hinge and door stop allowance?
The gate widths shown are the width of the gate without the allowance for the hinges and door stop. Please add the hinge and door stop allowance to get the overall width measurement.
