At eComposite Products Ltd., we stand by the quality of our Superior Range of Composite products. If your composite product shows signs of flaking, or corrosion, or becomes structurally unsound due to rotting, splitting, warping, or damage from termites or fungal decay, we will replace it for the lifetime of the product—provided it has been used correctly.
Please note that this warranty does not cover installation costs, debris removal, reinstallation, colour variations, or fading. Our commitment is to replace the Superior Range of Composite only, with no further obligations or liabilities.
Exclusions:
- This warranty does not apply to any Superior Range of Composite that has been:
- Damaged by force majeure or acts of war
- Damaged during transportation or due to malfunction
- Improperly installed, not following our installation guidelines, local building codes, or community regulations
- Used or treated in ways not intended by the manufacturer
- Affected by normal wear and tear, which includes minor colour differences, fading, or small cracks that do not impact usability
- Not compliant with any restrictions provided or local building codes, which will render the warranty void
- We reserve the right to inspect any materials and investigate claims.
Important Information:
Any construction using the Superior Range of Composite must comply with local zoning and building codes. To obtain a refund or replacement, the original owner must submit a claim along with the warranty certificate, the original purchase invoice, photos of the defective products, and a detailed description of the issue.
