This warranty covers any product that is used properly and becomes unfit due to flaking, corrosion, or structural issues from rotting, splitting, warping, or damage from termites or fungal decay for the lifetime of the product.

What’s Not Covered: This warranty does not cover:

• Installation costs or removal of debris
• Reinstallation, colour variations, or fading
• Damage caused by force majeure or acts of war
• Damage during transportation or due to malfunction
• Products not installed according to our guidelines or local building codes
• Use or modifications that go against the manufacturer’s intent
• Normal wear and tear, including minor colour differences, fading, small cracks, and warping over time

To maintain your warranty, all installations must comply with local zoning and building codes. Limitations of Liability: eComposite Products Ltd. will not be liable for labour or other expenses incurred by the purchaser.
