We bought our lovely composite fence panels with aluminium posts & a gate online. Very easy to select the desired height/size/colour, etc. We also called ecomposite customer service for advice and for a quote during the ordering process and they were very helpful and understanding on the phone calls. They helped us order the exact amount of materials that we needed for our project, by us explaining as much as possible to them the size and angles/corners also the gate. They even managed to draw (on the other side of the phone without seeing our drawings) exactly what we had drawn just by listening to us carefully 😊 Delivery arrangements was great from ecomposite and on the day previously discussed with them, but a slight problem with the delivery company “Palletways” which their driver was careless and pallet/materials packaging was damaged. Also the delivery company had not given the driver correct address and/or the driver not able/not experienced enough. We heard the track further down the road from our address struggling to find direction/backing up or manoeuvring on the normal road, so we had to chase him ! In overall we’re very happy with ecomposite products and quality of the materials 😊

We brought the fence to replace the conifers which had gone completely black had to dig them up in the end and to give us a little bit of privacy between the neighbours. We absolutely love it less maintenance in the front garden.

I visited the showroom and found exactly what I wanted. The staff were friendly and allowed me to look around without being pressured. I required 16 sets of panels to replace my existing wooden panels fitted into existing concrete posts. The quality was fantastic and delivered on time to my house. I fitted all panels myself, following the guidelines which were easy to follow…I am 62 and it was easier as the panels are modular and fit together easily. The product is quality and wound highly recommend to anybody, and at a competitive price.

Pricing very competitive with good delivery costs using a trusted company.
Option to choose a delivery date that suits is great with items being delivered exactly as scheduled supported by regular update from delivery company.
Quality of screens is excellent having chosen the 19mm screens to stand up to wind at an exposed location, couldn’t be more pleased with the product and service provided by eComposite

Firstly, the supply of the samples was prompt and reasonably inexpensive. I had a query regarding whether or not the ‘Venetian’ style was on both sides of the boards and whether post inserts were in pairs, both were answered almost by return. Delivery was as promised on a pallet and on time, albeit we did have a slight issue with the driver bumping my side wall with the pallet due to the gradient and weight. Everything was very simple to install into my existing concrete posts and the finish is excellent. Very pleased with the finish and look of the 8 panels.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The composite fencing is the best I’ve seen and they have a special ‘kit’ for using there fencing with existing concrete posts. This works wonderfully and makes replacement of existing wooden fencing a breeze.
In addition to the excellent product, the staff are also the best I’ve encountered for some time. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I had contact with Faye Baggot and Bailey Witcomb and they are both a credit to the company. Takes me back to my youth when companies respected their customers and treated them properly!
