Products Or Services
Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
We have made every effort to display product colours accurately, however we cannot guarantee that device displays will represent colours accurately.
Composite (WPC) products are manufactured using extrusion processes. Minor variation in colour, shade, texture and dimensional tolerances between production batches may occur within normal manufacturing limits.
Such variation is an inherent characteristic of composite materials and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Variations in colour, shade and/or pigment between batches do not affect the structural performance or longevity of the product.
We advise purchasing all fencing products required for a project at one time so products can be dispatched from the same production batch where possible.
If orders are purchased separately there may be slight colour, shade or fit variation between batches.
Wood grain finishes may weather or fade naturally over time due to environmental exposure. This does not affect structural integrity.
After installation there may be a natural settling period of approximately three months where minor colour adjustment may occur.
eComposite Products Ltd shall not be liable for installation costs, contractor fees or project delays resulting from delivery delays, third-party haulier issues, dispatch errors or where installation has been arranged before goods have been successfully delivered.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access is suitable. Where delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access or incorrect delivery information, additional charges may apply.
Promotions, Free Items & Kit Components
Promotional Offers & Free Items
From time to time, eComposite Products Ltd may offer promotional items, including but not limited to free end posts, as part of marketing offers or sales promotions.
Such promotional items are strictly limited to **one per household, order or delivery address**, unless otherwise agreed in writing by eComposite Products Ltd.
eComposite Products Ltd reserves the right to **refuse, withdraw or amend promotional items** where multiple claims, duplicate orders, or misuse of the promotion is suspected.
Free of Charge (FOC) Items

Kit Components & Non-Individual Sale Items
Certain products supplied by eComposite Products Ltd are designed and sold as part of a complete system or kit. This may include, but is not limited to, components such as **LED lighting, channels, fixings or integrated accessories**.
These items are **not sold separately** and are only available as part of a complete kit or system.
eComposite Products Ltd reserves the right to **refuse the sale of individual components** where such items are intended to be supplied only as part of a full product system.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they purchase the correct complete system at the time of order, as individual components may not be available retrospectively.
General Promotion Terms
All promotions are intended for genuine retail customers and may be withdrawn or amended where misuse, abuse or abnormal ordering patterns are identified.

Finance Options
Finance options may be available through approved third-party finance providers to assist customers with the purchase of products from eComposite Products Ltd.
Available finance facilities may include:
• Fixed rate finance at 12.9% APR for longer repayment terms.
All finance options are subject to status, affordability checks and approval by the finance provider. eComposite Products Ltd does not make lending decisions and is not responsible for the outcome of finance applications.
Where a repayment term longer than twelve months is selected, the fixed interest rate of 12.9% APR will apply in accordance with the finance provider’s agreement.
Finance agreements are entered into directly between the customer and the finance provider. Customers must review and agree to the finance provider’s full terms and repayment obligations before entering into any finance agreement.
eComposite Products Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend finance promotions at any time without notice.
Merchant Discounts
Our card merchant may offer a 1% loyalty discount for multiple purchases. However, as our pricing is already reduced to its maximum, we are unable to honour any additional merchant-applied discounts.
To avoid unintended discounts being applied, we kindly ask that you do not enter your phone number at the payment terminal.
Competitions And Giveaways
By participating in competitions organised by eComposite Products you agree to the competition terms.
Competitions are open to entrants over the age of 18 unless stated otherwise.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be provided.
