Warranty Information for WPC Wood Plastic Composite

At eComposite Products Ltd. (the “Supplier”), we stand behind our WPC products. If you experience any flaking, corrosion, or structural issues due to rotting, splitting, warping, or damage from termites or fungal decay, we’ll replace your Composite product for its lifetime, as long as it’s been used properly.

However, please note that this warranty doesn’t cover installation costs, debris removal, reinstallation, or any colour variations and fading. Our commitment is to replace the defective Composite product only, and we won’t have any further obligations beyond what’s outlined here.

Exclusions:

This warranty doesn’t apply if the Composite product has been:

• Damaged by natural disasters, acts of war, or other force majeure events
• Affected during transportation or due to equipment malfunctions
• Installed incorrectly or not in line with our installation guidelines, local building codes, or community regulations
• Used, modified, or treated in a way that the Manufacturer didn’t intend
• Subject to normal wear and tear, like slight colour differences, fading, or minor cracking and warping from extended use

If any of these conditions apply, the warranty will be void. We may need to inspect the materials and investigate any claims made.

Important Notes:

Any construction using the Superior Range of Composite must comply with local zoning and building codes. To claim a refund or replacement, the original owner should send us the warranty certificate, the original purchase invoice (with purchase date), photos of the defective product, and a detailed description of the issue at:
